ANOINTING
God's presence fills with his Anointing by Holy Spirit
The Anointing of the Spirit
1 John 2:27 — “But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything… abide in him.”
The anointing is not just symbolic—it is the Spirit Himself teaching, guiding, and empowering.
Acts 10:38 — “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.”
The same Spirit that anointed Jesus empowers believers to live out God’s mission.
The Filling of the Spirit
Ephesians 5:18 — “Be filled with the Spirit.”
This is not a one-time event but a continual posture of surrender, allowing His presence to saturate every part of life.
Acts 2:4 — “And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.”
The filling brings boldness, gifts, and a new dimension of worship.
God's Anointing cleanses even our inner intentions
God Looks at the Heart
Verse: “The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7)
-Meaning: His anointing penetrates beyond behavior into the hidden intentions of the heart. Even when our motives are mixed, His Spirit can cleanse and realign them toward righteousness.
The Spirit Purifies Our Inner Being
Verse: “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” (Psalm 51:10)
-Meaning: David recognized that forgiveness wasn’t enough—he needed God’s Spirit to cleanse his inner desires. The anointing of the Spirit renews not just actions but the very source of them.
Anointing can easily displayed by Character not only by Gifts
Note:- Because some people inner intentions will not match to outer Actions
Why Holy Character Displays Anointing
- Fruit of the Spirit: Paul emphasizes love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23). These are the clearest evidence of God’s Spirit.
- Sustained Witness: Gifts may impress in a moment, but character sustains a lifelong testimony.
- Christ’s Example: Jesus displayed miracles, yes, but His holiness—His compassion, humility, and obedience—was the ultimate sign of His anointing.

GIFTING
Note :- Gifts means we have understand that this gifts are not for the personal use but it is only for building the body of christ and kingdom of God
Note:- Gifts and talents can comes from hard work of the human nature but Anointing is different it comes only from God (JESUS CHRIST) by his spirit Holy Spirit
Note:- If gifts are missused then God's Holy Anointing will be moved because God's Anointing(HOLY SPIRIT) can't stay in which doesn't belongs to God and after that we can't see spiritual fruits in that place or ministries
Note:- Here we have to use our discernment because devil also has some gifts to trap God's people that's why we need to test the spirits which from God ???
Note:- Some false and bluff spirits will be controlling those people , So be careful in that places and people (Churches)
(Matthew 7:15-23)
True and False Prophets
15 “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.
True and False Disciples
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
Note:- We can identify by Their foundation will not be word of God but monry and fame
Note:- Their mindsets will be Money mindset but not CHRIST MINDSET
Note:- Ephesians Ch 4 Explanation
As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
7 But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. 8 This is why it says:
“When he ascended on high,
he took many captives
and gave gifts to his people.”
9 (What does “he ascended” mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions? 10 He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.) 11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers,
12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
Note:- Paul’s thought that He is the gift! Don’t let “the other gifts” fool you into thinking they are the focus. They are not, they are just means to an end. Christ is the end. If we could only hold that thought and put it into practice it may serve to help us maintain our unity as well. Our unity suffers when we allow the “cult of the personality” to take over. We must keep our unity and maintain the right perspective. If we can do that, then the church is in the position to build the captive collective in order to reach the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Once that happens it is possible to make a reality.
“God’s purpose in all this was to use the church to display His wisdom in its rich variety to all the unseen rulers and authorities in the heavenly places.” This is God’s plan for the church and it is of cosmic proportions.
