 1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains—

    where does my help come from?

Note:- In the same way when we face the same situation we run after people but We need to run towards God , Your legs shouldn't run but just stand at your place move your head up and seek God's help


2 My help comes from the Lord,

    the Maker of heaven and earth.

Note:- Only God can bring you out , because he created you 


3 He will not let your foot slip—

    he who watches over you will not slumber;

Note:- He knows morethan you about your life 


4 indeed, he who watches over Israel

    will neither slumber nor sleep.

Note:- He loves you as everlastingly


5 The Lord watches over you—

    the Lord is your shade at your right hand;

Note:- His job is to think about you , But what is our Job Are we thinking about God ?


6 the sun will not harm you by day,

    nor the moon by night.

Note:- His Angels will protect you 


7 The Lord will keep you from all harm—

    he will watch over your life;

Note:- Your safe place on earth is God's hand 


8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going

    both now and forevermore.

Note:- He will never leave you nor forsake you
