2.And our enemy is not human but satan

Note:- Everyone is taking medicines for body but no one is taking medicine and caring about mental health
Note:- Even doctors will not say because of their business should run
Note:- Remembering past things and rebellioning with others , it is devil nature
Step 2:- How to forgive ?
Do prayer about them and family
1.Prayer has power to change your and their hearts
2.Remember what good things they have done to you and family
3.Biggest blessings we will get when we pray and forgive others
Because God forgave us first: “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:32)
Explanation: Our forgiveness flows from God’s grace. When we remember how much we’ve been forgiven, it becomes possible to extend that same mercy to others.
Because it restores relationships: “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” (Colossians 3:13)
Explanation: Forgiveness is not optional—it’s modeled after Christ’s unconditional forgiveness. It heals brokenness and prevents resentment from taking root.
Release the debt: “And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.” (Matthew 6:12)
Explanation: Forgiveness means letting go of the “debt” someone owes us—whether emotional, relational, or material.
Pray for the offender: “But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” (Matthew 5:44)
Explanation: Prayer softens our hearts. Even if feelings of anger remain, praying for the person begins the healing process.
Trust God’s justice: “Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath.” (Romans 12:19)
Explanation: Forgiveness doesn’t mean ignoring wrongs—it means entrusting justice to God instead of seeking revenge ourselves.
The Power of Forgiveness
1.Freedom from bitterness: “Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger… be kind and compassionate.” (Ephesians 4:31–32)
2.Explanation: Forgiveness liberates us from destructive emotions that poison our spirit.
3.Reflecting Christ’s love: “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” (Luke 23:34)
4.Explanation: Jesus forgave even while suffering on the cross. His example shows that forgiveness is possible even in the hardest circumstances.
Remember forgiveness is a process: It may take time, but choosing forgiveness daily keeps your heart aligned with God.
Forgive even if reconciliation isn’t possible: Forgiveness is about your heart before God, not always restoring the relationship.
Anchor forgiveness in prayer and Scripture: Meditate on verses like Psalm 103:12 (“As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.”) to remind yourself of God’s mercy.
Step 3:- it really matters for the Mental health as well as physical health
“A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”
Proverbs 17:22
Impact on Mental Health
Unforgiveness fuels stress and anxiety: Constant rumination over wrongs keeps the mind trapped in negative cycles.
Bitterness breeds depression: Holding grudges can lead to feelings of hopelessness and resentment.
Forgiveness brings peace: Letting go of offenses frees the mind, allowing joy and clarity to return.
Impact on Physical Health
Stress hormones: Unforgiveness keeps the body in “fight or flight” mode, raising cortisol levels, which can harm the immune system.
Heart health: Studies show unforgiveness is linked to higher blood pressure and cardiovascular strain.
Sleep and energy: Bitterness disrupts rest, while forgiveness restores calm and balance.
